HARD-RAILS, HARD-JIBBING, HARDCORE!
 The Lake Louise Ski Area is offering up to $2000 in cash and prizes Saturday, December 17th to winners of the Heavy Metal Rail Jam, back for the 9th season. Everyone is welcome to enter (open to skiers and snowboarders), and with three categories: Juniors, Seniors (16+) and Women, no one will be left out of this popular annual grab for holiday cash.
The rail jam will take place in the early-season terrain park on lowest Wiwaxy and there will be one intermediate line and one advanced line. The jam format means competitors will have plenty of time to session each feature and master/show off their tricks. And, it’s a fun day for spectators; all guests on the mountain are invited to swing by to check out the action.
The Lake Louise Terrain Park Crew has been working hard over the past couple months building and refurbishing Lake Louise’s rail inventory.The early season park build is ahead of schedule and with all the snow that’s been falling, it’s looking like it will be a quick transition over to the ski area’s legendary Showtime Terrain Park.
Spots in the Heavy Metal Rail Jam are limited!
