*All ages are calculated as of Dec 31, 2013. A valid Photo ID with proof of birthdate is required at time of pass pickup for anyone age 16 and over. Prices shown are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes.

Super Pass Details:

Adult (18-64)- Anyone between the ages of 18-64 inclusive.

Midweek - Monday to Thursday inclusive.

Student (18-24) - Full time student aged 18-24, with valid student photo ID from a recognized Western Canadian High School, University or College (BC, AB, Sask, and MB).

Youth (13-17) - Age 13-17 with proof of age.

Child (6-12) - Age 6-12 with proof of age,

Tiger (5-0) - Age 0-5 with proof of age.

Family - 1 or 2 parents with children up to age 17 living at the same address. Health care card required as proof, with all members on one card.

Student Add-on - Available to son or daughter of family pass adult, living at the same address. Must be a full time student age 18-24 with valid student photo ID from a recognized Western Canadian High School, College or University (BC, AB, Sask, and MB). Student addons can be added on the family pass purchase form.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever on Memberships/Season Passes unless the REFUND OPTION IS PURCHASED - at the time of pass purchase. The amount of the refund, for those who purchase the refund option, will be based on the date the written claim is received in our Calgary Office.

Refunds will only be considered due to - medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate, OR a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.


Refund Option

The Refund Option is 8% of the Membership/Season Pass price plus GST. For example if the cost if your pass is $500.00 then the cost of the option will be $40.00 + GST.

The refund option purchased for your Season Pass is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable (except for corporate passes).The Family Pass Addon requires the refund option to be purchased seperately. If you have multiple single passes, you will need to purchase the refund option for every pass you would like covered.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:

The cost of your Season Pass/Membership less the number of days used multiplied by the rack day rate of the resort skied for the age category applicable for that pass to a maximum of the percentage listed below at the date of claim. Refunds relating to Family Pass/Memberships will be calculated only on the injured party's portion of the Family Pass Membership.

Picking up Your Season Pass
Season pass pick-up/processing begins in September. Super Passes can be picked up at RCR's head office or at RCR resorts only (Fernie, Nakiska, Kimberley). A Liability waiver must be read, understood, and signed prior to passes being issued. This can be completed when you come to pick up your pass.
