It is with Thanks and Gratitude that I am sending you this email. Recently, our three boys, Jeff, Luke and Eric returned home after spending 8 months in the employment of LLSA. Heading out west last July as two 17 years old and an 18 year old was a dream they were all looking forward to. Your resort far exceeded their expectations, and ours. Resort life provided them with a home, employment, extra-curricular activities, new friendships and memories that I know they will treasure forever.
The opportunities offered to your employees are second to none. I realize it is up to them to make the most of it and from listening to the boys I believe that is exactly what they did. I know they will never forget Lake Louise and all the resort life had to offer them. On behalf of all three families we wish you and everyone else at Lake Louise continued success and are forever grateful for all your assistance and to anyone else responsible for their employment. You certainly helped fulfill the dreams of these three young men "heading out west to work".
