Adrian Beers, Food and Beverage Manager
Adrian Beers joined the Lake Louise team in September 2003. Originally from Orillia, Ontario, Adrian came out to the mountains for a three-month vacation but fell in love with the alpine environment and all it has to offer.
As a result, his short visit has evolved into a career spanning thirteen years working at various ski resorts in British Columbia, Alberta and Vermont. Since his arrival in Lake Louise, Adrian has been dedicated to improving the resorts dining experience to ensure that his department lives up to the our Mission statement:
"To provide our guests with the best vacation and recreational experience possible"
Bruce Edmondson, Executive Chef
Originally from Orillia, Ontario, Bruce began his career in the kitchen working as a dishwasher in a family style restaurant. 23 years later he holds the position of Executive Chef here at the Lake Louise Ski Area. Over the course of his career Bruce has worked in each and every area of the kitchen. His passion for cooking drove him to obtain his interprovincial Red Seal certification in 1996. In addition to this, Bruce holds certifications in food safety & responsible liquor service. Whether preparing a casual meal or a fine dining experience, Bruce's attention to detail will guarantee a pleasant dining atmosphere.
