Glacier Chairlift opens at 9:00am and runs to 4:00pm. A limited rail park will be available today on Easy Street with 3 rails.

WinterStart World Cup Downhill and Super G - Men's
November 24 - 25
Lake Louise welcomes the world’s top alpine skiers for the inaugural event of the speed season. The WinterStart World Cup is the first, and only, Canadian stop on the World Cup circuit so don’t miss your chance to witness the world’s fastest take on the steeps of Lake Louise. The Men’s downhill racing will take place on Saturday the 24th with the Super-G taking place on Sunday the 25th.
The entertainment doesn’t stop with the races! During the World Cup Weekend kids ski free with the purchase of an adult pass. The festival area, located at the base of the mountain, will be packed with activities for the whole family.
Try some delicious samples from Odwalla and Saputo, visit the Parks Canada Mountain Wit display and warm up by the fire pit, take in the magnificence of the ice sculpture from Frozen Memories, visit the giant beaver from Parks Canada, and complete a questionnaire for your chance to receive a pre-loaded Husky Rewards Card.
You will also be able to view the finish area and cheer on the World Cup athletes as they cross the finish line! Entry into the Base Area and Finish Area is FREE!
